Hi, I’m Alex — award-winning personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Cardiff.

After my own postpartum journey, I discovered how transformative movement, nourishment and self-belief can be. Now, my passion is helping women feel strong, confident and truly at home in their bodies again — inside and out.
